Pitmaster, SmokeMasters Championship BBQ Team

Affectionately known as Uncle Woo to his 6 nieces and nephews, Pitmaster Will "Uncle Woo" Hair has been cooking as part of SmokeMasters BBQ since 2007. Will competes in Memphis Barbecue Network (MBN) competitions and the occasional Kansas City Barbecue Society competition. A two-time MBN Team of the Year winner, Will and the team have been fortunate to finish in the top 4 at the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest 4 times.
